These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Primitra Consulting website at www.primitra.in (the "Site") and any consulting services, content, resources, or materials we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Primitra Consulting, based in Delhi, India and Ireland. Contact: hello@primitra.in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of information — not legal advice
Content on the Site (including blogs, checklists, templates, the AI chat widget, and self-assessment tools) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, an attorney–client relationship, or a fiduciary relationship. For advice tailored to your circumstances, engage us or your legal counsel under a written agreement.
4. Consulting engagements
Specific consulting projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement between you and Primitra. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.
5. AI chat & automated tools
Our AI chat widget uses third-party language models. Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Do not share confidential, regulated, or personal data of third parties through the chat.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, templates, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Primitra. You may view and download resources marked as "free" for personal or internal business use, but may not resell, republish, or create derivative commercial products without our written consent.
7. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated crawling beyond what our robots.txt permits, or reverse engineering.
- No use of the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- No attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
8. Payments
Paid resources (e.g. the DPDP Cheatsheet) are processed through third-party payment providers. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund terms are specified at the point of purchase.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and any free resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primitra's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or free resources will not exceed INR 5,000. Liability under paid engagements is governed by the applicable Statement of Work.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Primitra against any claims arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable engagement agreement, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
